Retrocom Mid-Market REIT focuses on owning and acquiring commercial properties in the mid-market sector of the real estate market. This sector provides us the best opportunity to acquire attractive properties with stable tenants and long-term leases. The Trust trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol RMM.UN.

The objectives of the Trust are:

1. Generate stable and growing cash distributions on a tax efficient basis.
2. Enhance the asset value of the REIT and enhance the long-term value of its units through active asset management.
3. Expand the asset base and increase the REIT's Distributable Income through accretive acquisitions.
