REIT Profile
Retrocom REIT is an unincorporated open-end real estate investment trust created pursuant to a Declaration of Trust dated December 15, 2003, as amended and restated by the Fourth Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust dated October 31, 2010, and as further amended from time to time. The REIT is governed under the laws set forth by the Province of Ontario. Units of the REIT are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol RMM.UN.
Our portfolio of retail properties is geographically dispersed across Canada with approximately 48% of our total gross leasable area in Ontario and 40% of total gross leasable area west of Ontario. The majority of the western portfolio, or 27% of the total gross leasable area, is located in Saskatchewan.
