Pursuant to the requirements of the Declaration of Trust, the Board has established three committees: the Audit Committee, the Governance and Compensation Committee and the Investment Committee. From time to time the Board has established special committees to deal with specific strategic issues as they arise. All members of the Audit, the Governance and Compensation and the Special Committees are Independent Trustees.
