| Mr. Michaeloff was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2010. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Michaeloff served as a Trustee since 2008 and was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasury at SmartCentres, responsible for the Finance, Treasury and Corporate Legal Groups since September 2007. Prior to joining SmartCentres, Mr. Michaeloff served as Chief Operating Officer of the El-Ad Group Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Michaeloff was associate director in the investment banking group at Scotia Capital Inc. from 2001 to 2002. From 1988 until 2001, he served in various capacities at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, including as Vice President, Corporate Finance, starting in 1996. Mr. Michaeloff earned his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from York University. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. |

| Mr. Wenner joined the REIT as Chief Financial Officer in October 2011. Most recently, Mr. Wenner was the Chief Financial Officer of Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust. Prior to this, Mr. Wenner was Vice President, Finance of Allied Canadian Development Corporation, and also held progressive management positions with The Bank of Nova Scotia and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Wenner obtained his Chartered Accountancy designation in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. |

| Mr. Berry joined the REIT in October 2010. Mr. Berry is a commercial real estate lawyer by training with extensive private practice experience with such firms as Lang Michener and more recently Torkin Manes. Prior to joining Retrocom, Mr. Berry was chief Canadian legal officer (Vice President Lending) for almost 10 years for Capmark Canada Ltd., an international real estate finance company. Mr. Berry received a B.B.A. (Honours) from St. Francis Xavier University and received an L.L.B. (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is an affiliate member of International Council of Shopping Centres. |
