Hani Zayadi, Trustee

Mr. Hani Zayadi brings many years of senior management experience in the retail industry to the REIT. Mr. Zayadi retired earlier this year as Group Managing Director, Food, Liquor & Fuel Division of Coles Myer Ltd., Australia's largest retailer, and has held senior executive positions with leading retailers, such as Kmart in Australia and with Wal-Mart, Zellers, Hudson's Bay, Woodward's and Future Shop in Canada.
